About High Force Training
High Force Training named after the famous High Force waterfall England's' highest at 70 feet! Our main office located in Teesdale - 'England's Last Wilderness' has always inspired our philosophy of earthy and realistic training delivered with fresh angles, memorable experiences with relatable and achievable learning points.
We were formed in the winter of 1989 when our Managing Director and his wife first took on the vision of High Force Training. Over the years and since the beginning we have always achieved training events on the edge of new developments and delivery choices. Working originally from our own residential training centre we have over the last decade delivered events from Surrey to the Scottish Highlands and as far afield as Copenhagen. With our FREE venue finding service we can work from any location in the world.
Working in a shared relationship with High Force Centre, we can still deliver events for those who prefer the quiet Teesdale hills or the challenge of the countryside!
The centre has recently begun a massive refurbishment programme; stage one has seen the original building completely upgraded to high standards of shared accommodation and comfort. Stage two will see a new training and accommodation building added to the complex in 2003, bringing the total capacity to over 50 people. We are pleased to be able to offer these facilities to our new and existing clients.
We have had the privilege to serve over 20% of the UK's top 200 companies. Our team have wide and varied experience with specific expertise in different business sectors from corporate directors to senior management, organisational change and coaching experts, middle management and supervisory managers, graduate development and young people development. Many of our events have been revolutionary and a select few have won awards in their sector.
