The Customer Journey

Enquiry

Discuss over the phone or by email your current training needs and our Training Director will make sure you receive the relevant information.

View information and examples

Spend time (without us distracting you with endless phone calls) viewing our information. We will then contact you at the right time to discuss further.

You decide you like us!

We arrange a meeting (no charge) for us to discuss your own event design, either at our office in Barnard Castle or at your own location. The meeting would clarify the objectives and expectations and all the main details of the delivery. For high force training this stage is crucial for asking the right questions identifying the ethos of the organisation in order that we can design your event to 'fit like a glove'.

Draft design for your event

We will then draft an outline of how we will deliver your training with costs included. This stage involves a free venue finding service to identify the right location, venue and cost to meet your exact requirements. We always remain flexible and open to change any aspect of your design in order to get it right. Then and only then we agree together on the final design.

Book your dates

Once we have agreed dates your event will then be booked in to our calendar. The following options are available for the delivery of your training:

Options of Delivery

Pre-Training Brief (Up to two sessions per day)
We encourage the opportunity for a pre-training brief to enable people to:

  • Question and identify why they are involved in the programme.
  • Think through and identify their personal and professional expectations and objectives.
  • Compare these with the company objectives for the programme.
  • Identify some of their strengths and weaknesses in a one to one session.
  • Recognise that the Company are investing in their people.

The Development Training Event or Programmes

A stimulating, memorable and enjoyable learning experience that will:

  • Provide people with the relevant balance of practical experience and theory
  • Enable opportunity to practice and develop new skills and behaviours
  • Participate in a shared experience that will naturally break down barriers
  • Use an 'Ongoing Training Strategy' at specific times during the programme and to use back at work.

Post-Training Review (Up to two sessions per day)

A vital opportunity to maximise on the learning from the development programme and produce a comprehensive Training Evaluation Report (TER) to measure the effectiveness and focus on the real 'front line' needs. We recommend the review take place six to eight weeks after each event; enabling the people to:

  • Refresh memories of what was achieved and re-identify the purpose of the development programme.
  • Evaluate progress so far and identify needs for the future.
  • Use a training evaluation questionnaire to 'measure' and review results.
  • Includes High Force's full Training Evaluation Report which will identify what was achieved, what wasn't achieved and why and what needs developing further.

Shadow Sessions (Up to two sessions per day)

Time will be spent with the manager in their area of responsibility observing, coaching and facilitating how they manage and lead regarding: organising, controlling, directing, planning and coordinating. These powerful sessions realistically enable people to:

  • Develop the use of the new skills learned
  • Coach and support them in their leadership roles
  • Challenge old habits into new ways of working
  • Realistically 'Practice what we preach'
  • Develop ownership with job responsibility
