MANAGING FOR GROWTH

High Force Training's "Managing for Growth" programme is a comprehensive management training solution designed for individuals with leadership responsibilities, including newly promoted managers, team leaders, supervisors, and senior managers. PROGRAMME STRUCTURE

Duration: 4 months, consisting of 8 sessions.

Communicating and Influencing (Part 2): Enhancing empathy, listening skills, building rapport, and managing conflict.

Time Management and Delegating: Strategies for effective time management, dealing with procrastination, and successful delegation.

Managing Performance: Conducting performance reviews, providing feedback, handling difficult conversations, and coaching.

Problem Solving: Idea generation, decision-making, and fostering innovation.

Implementation Presentations: Participants present the improvements made as a result of the programme.

We booked the Managing for Growth course with High Force Training following yearly appraisals with Team Leaders, who expressed their interest in attending a training course that covered a wide range of Leadership and Management topics.

The process of selecting and booking the course was extremely easy and straight forward and I received regular communications from Simon clarifying and confirming dates and logistics.
