Our unique approach is not only what differentiates us, but also what makes us so successful. We provide a range of services and solutions to help organisations facilitate change, improve communication, develop growth strategies, cultivate innovation and optimise performance and productivity. We only work with a maximum of 6 clients at any one time, which allows us to fully focus on your needs.

MANAGING FOR GROWTH
 

Managing for Growth is designed for anyone with management and leadership responsibilities within an organisation.

 

It is suitable for newly promoted managers, team leaders, and supervisors through to senior managers.

 

The objective of the Managing for Growth programme is to develop a culture of facilitating change and innovation.

Our Managing for Growth programme is financially guaranteed - If you don’t receive at least a 100% return on your investment as a direct result of the programme, we will either refund you the difference or continue working with you for free until you do.

EXECUTIVE COACHING

Coaching is rapidly becoming the preferred approach to helping employees perform at optimum levels. When combined with psychometric profiling and emotional intelligence assessments, coaching can resolve even the most challenging performance issues and enhance productivity.

Fees: Executive Coaching from £600 per session

EQi/DiSC assessment and report generation from £250

FULLY FUNDED BUSINESS SUPPORT

For qualifying companies (less than 250 employees, based in the UK) we can offer you up to 8 days of bespoke, funded support in the following areas:

•    Tailored coaching and mentoring
•    Business Support Programme
